There could be several different reasons you’re seeing a decline error message or your donation won’t go through (card is expired or out of date, your card may need to go through a confirmation process, …).
Unfortunately, once a donation has failed to process within our system, we do not have a way to automatically retry the transaction.
We recommend that you try to complete the donation again, potentially on another device or browser, and to clear your cache and cookies if you have not done so recently.
